of course.

and yes, as a human, i'd say we're subject to manipulation by many aspects of reality. our whole existence is predicated on the fragile balance of our body chemistry - if that is interrupted or otherwise changed, so does our perspective on 'existence'.

i'm not an expert on the subject by ANY means, but I've seen enough 'unexplained phenomenon' to merit further research into it.
